- Details of your booking (including the number of guests in your party)
- Any queries or requests
- We may also collect, in instances where you have provided it, information about other travellers, if you are sharing information with us about other individuals you must obtain their consent
How we get personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- Take bookings for your stay at our property
- Contact you regarding your booking
- Respond to any complaints or queries you get in touch with us about
- Send correspondence to you
- Audit and administration of our accounts
- To meet legal obligations, such as fulfilling a contract with you, or our obligations to regulators, government and or bodies of law enforcement
- Establish enforce or defend legal claims
